Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel or reschedule your session.
To ensure that we can accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without providing 72 hours notice, you will forfeit the session and no refund will be issued.
This policy is in place to ensure that we can respect the time of our coaches and other clients who may have been interested in booking that same time slot.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, and we are committed to providing the highest quality service to all our clients
